This piece centers on my inspiration of a blue butterfly Its vibrant, blue color evoking feelings of calm, clarity, and quiet wonder. Butterflies symbolize a journey of growth and transformation and reminds us of the beauty that can emerge through change.

This horse I saw standing in the pasture at Black Butte Ranch. I loved the contrast of the black and white horse standing alone in an open pasture, framed by the steady presence of mountains in the distance. The contrast against the soft landscape reflects a balance between individuality and belonging.

This piece shows my inspiration of the monarch butterfly, a symbol of transformation, resilience, and renewal. Like the monarch, we are constantly evolving, carrying both the weight of where we’ve been and the possibility of what we can become.
